Your child's school or teacher would like your child to use LUNA, a study app that uses artificial intelligence (AI), run by LUNA. Please read “Your privacy in LUNA” (www.lunalearnai.com/privacy/short) and tick what you agree to.
- I agree that my child uses LUNA with a student account. LUNA keeps their name, email, class, school work, answers and scores while the account exists.
- I agree that my child's school work and answers are sent to LUNA's AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and Mathpix, in the United States) to make study material and suggest marks. My child's name and email are not sent.
- I understand that AI marks and feedback are suggestions that can be wrong, and that the teacher decides what counts.
- I would like a parent account to follow my child's progress. My email: ______________________________ (optional)
You can withdraw this consent at any time: tell the teacher or write to privacy@lunalearnai.com. Your child's account and data are then erased (within 30 days at most). Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
The school keeps this signed form while the student uses LUNA, and a digital copy if possible.
